about me

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a mom.

When people would ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I'd answer "a mom!" (not knowing you did not actually get paid for that, that's still bs).

Imagine my surprise when motherhood was not at all what I envisioned. And I was far from the mom I thought I would be. My tongue and lip tied baby came in and rocked my world. I felt like no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't figure it out. I felt like a failure.

I kept trying to get my "old" life back, with this whole new role. I kept trying to do it all, be it all, and figure it out on my own.

With the constant busyness, productivity, and trying to keep up with the contradicting expectations of being a mom, I missed out on so much joy.

That was when I discovered matrescence. From there began a year of self exploration, becoming a Seasons of Matrescence educator, and creating the tools I needed to experience motherhood the way I wanted to.

My mission is to bring back that joy for you. Whether you are new or veteran mom, a mom with one kid or five, or even expecting your first, I'm here to navigate this with you.

My passion lives in motherhood.
In speaking on matrescence, motherhood, and navigating life seasons. creating resources like the Welcome Mama Journal and Day Planner, and being the best mom I can be to my kids.

I am so grateful you are here and am beyond honored to be a part of your journey in any way.
